Whisper Tip # 4 The Easy Button!!!

Posted by Dan McBee on July 19, 2010

If you’re a human being like me, having a consciousness of struggle is hard to get past.

It’s a struggle don’t you know!!

One technique that I use every single day may sound silly but it works.

It’s called the “Easy Button”.

You know that red button that you get from the Staples stationery store?

I’m looking at mine as I type this.

In fact, after I finish this tip, I’ll be pressing mine.

That Was Easy!!

Put it on your desk or anywhere you need to be reminded to work from a place of ease instead of struggle and see if you don’t feel better about yourself and the task at hand.

What do you do to lessen the consciousness of struggle?

Whisper Tip #2 The Longest Journey

Posted by Dan McBee on July 8, 2010

The Longest Journey you’ll ever go on is 18 inches, from your head to your Heart.

Your head is constantly alerting you to danger, left unchecked everything becomes a danger and your mind begins to drive you crazy.

Please give us your feedback~!!

Pay attention to the self talk your mind is feeding you, is it kind and loving or fear and anger based.

As you become more Soul Centered you can begin to quiet your mind by directing your mind to concentrate on the positive direction YOU choose for your mind to focus on.

In the beginning this may seem overly simple, most of the greatest discoveries in life are simple, and we humans just complicate them.

A professional athlete practices their movements thousands of times over and over.

Give yourself permission to improve each day paying attention to the thoughts your mind is producing and you’ll see a drastic change to the positive.
